Welcome to the Skelton Garden Centre website. We are a friendly family run business conveniently located on the A19 just off the York outer ring road at Skelton. We have a fully stocked garden shop with a wide range of trees, shrubs and perennials in addition to seasonal bedding, planted containers and houseplants. These include Japanese maples and herbaceous perennials.

In addition to our herbaceous perennials and Japanese Maples, you will find a full range of garden requisites (including plant composts and fertilisers, tools and bird care products) at our garden shop.

Maple Tree Cafe
After a spot of retail therapy, why not relax in our café with a delicious cup of fresh coffee and a tasty snack.
The cafe is open from 09:00 to 16:30 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sundays.

Japanese Acers are our Speciality
Here at Skelton Garden Centre we have a built a reputation in the North Yorkshire region for our range of Japanese Maples. Acers are available in all sizes from small shrubs to garden trees and have beautiful foliage that provides interest and colour from spring through to autumn.
