Chinese flying lanterns are a great alternative to fireworks and creat an enchanting display as they ascend into the air and slowly disapear into the distant sky, particularly effective at night.

They are ideal for parties, barbecues, bonfire night, weddings or just for fun.

Traditional 'Khoom Fay ' or 'Khom Loy' lanterns were invented about 1800 years ago by Zhuge Liang in China and are widly used across the Far East where it is considered good luck to release a fire lantern into the sky.
